Hi, I’m Caitlyn

Wellness and Confidence Coach

I graduated from Cortiva Muscular Therapy Institute in 2008 and promptly began my career at Equinox. During this time, I began training with the personal trainers and a new love for strength training (and also myself) was born. Sidelined by an arm injury, I returned to school to earn my Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting in 2014. After working in orthopedic PT for 5 years, I was longing my career as a massage therapist so I re-entered the field armed with my associate's degree, additional 100 hours of training in Neuromuscular Therapy (American Version), massage cupping, acupressure, and Precision Nutrition. Since then I have worked with amazing amputees, people with ALS, post-stroke patients, spinal cord injuries, and those suffering from PTSD and trauma as well as crossfitters, pro baseball players and desk jockeys.

I'm forever learning and growing in knowledge to give you an eclectic, efficient, enlightening experience on your journey to being the best YOU!

Introducing RNB

Self-Empowerment Through Achievement

RNB uses thoughtful habit-based nutrition coaching from world-renowned Precision Nutrition to guide you towards making healthy eating sustainable, simple, (delicious!) and stress-free. I use massage to treat soft tissue dysfunction such as low back pain, sciatica, tendonitis, and whiplash. Specializing in Neuromuscular Therapy, this detailed bodywork can at times be intense and emotionally provocative, and incredibly effective for chronic pain and also in coping with PTSD and depression. As a personal trainer, I use my experience as a physical therapy assistant to help you first master the basic movements and to work with injuries or fears you may have surrounding training.
