I combine my experience as a physical therapy assistant with the evidence-based principles of functional range conditioning to not only bulletproof your joints but to give you pain free, individualized GOAL BASED programming. Using a variety of tools such as calisthenics, bands/cables, dumbells, barbells, kettlebells, TRX, and more, you will simultaneously increase range of motion in your joints, get out of chronic pain, and get in the best shape of your life. Also included in your training is  nutrition coaching to make sure you're eating optimally for training and body comp goals. All PT clients also receive 10% off their massages of either kind to promote the BEST recovery and results. 

Personal training is available at AAPT, located at 561 Boylston street, 3rd floor. Limited slots available, by appointment only.
